Farm-to-table wedding catering for couples who actually care about the food. We build menus around what's in season, source from Sacramento Valley farms we've visited, and make everything from scratch.
Our founder Rosa spent 12 years in fine dining before realizing she wanted to cook for people at their happiest. Verde does about 60 weddings a year — deliberately smaller so we can stay hands-on with every event.
Plated dinner for up to 150 guests — 3 courses, staffed service, custom menu design, day-of coordinator.
Passed appetizers during cocktail hour, full plated dinner, dessert table, bar service (alcohol additional). Scales to 200 guests.
